The setting was favourable and great, just next door to criminal activities and restaurants. Also, Icon Park was 3 miles away from the hotel. The room was fine with a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The beds here were good.
Nothing to improve.

Unfortunately, cleanliness fell short with numerous roaches encountered in the bathroom. Stains on bedding and towels, and being offered a different room after such an experience felt more like an inconvenience than a solution.

A quiet haven for tired travelers
The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere after a long day on the road. The location was convenient for nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable stains on the towels and a general lack of attention to detail. I encountered some noise disturbances throughout the night.

It was just a proper fit for a brief retreat in Rolla with good value considering the price it charged. The staff was helpful when I asked for extra towels after noticing a shortage in the room. Bring your own cleaning supplies just in case.

The room was decent with air conditioning, tv, and a private bathroom. I liked the refrigerator and microwave for snacks. The bathroom had free toiletries and plenty of towels. The bed was comfy. There was a nice view from the balcony. Definitely cozy for a solo traveler.

The Economy Single Room was a mixed bag. It was comfy enough, especially the bed, but the cleanliness was a major letdown. I found stains on towels and was really surprised by how neglected the place felt. Thankfully, the location was a plus, but not enough to overlook the issues in the room.
